Hi! I'm Faramund! This is my junkyard of oversaturated nonsense. I'm a 22 year old artist (she/her/any) from the Pacific Northwest. I love old school animation, especially bronze age and cult classic Disney films, as well as early Pixar movies. Song of the Lamp is my oldest story. The characters in it have been around for roughly a decade, as I first started working on it when I was around 12.It's your typical magic-world shenanigans, but with some very strong sources of aesthetic and story-telling inspiration; Felix Coldgrave, Rayman, Dark Crystal, and Studio Ghibli, to name a few.. It takes heavy themes from our real world, too, particularly with Hinduism and Daoism and how their teachings have concreted themselves in the world building.
Faron, a practical creature who has evolved and survived alone, only thanks to his wits, must struggle to come to terms that there is a solution to problems beyond his physical senses.

Dear Real People is one of, if not, my most beloved passion project. I've been working on it for years, and I am in the long, agonizing process of making a comic about Thomas, the shining star of my many cast of original characters. It takes place in a Atom-Punk AU of Earth. There's so much to unwrap, it's a little difficult to unpack just here alone!His story is about many things, and has shifted admittedly with the rise of AI; how can I write a more or less heartwarming story about a robot trying to fit in with society, when the reality of that is far from ethical?
Maybe my feelings will shape the story into a partial commentary about something else.

Rabid Frontier is a collaborative project and roleplay campaign with my friend EarthGwee!It's the year 1866, and the Wild West is approaching the end of its tracks as industrialism begins to take over. This is a Creatureverse, meaning exclusively animals take the roles of this story. It follows the species confused outlaw Longspur, his unlikely associate-- Otto, an estranged, jaded reptile scientist, and their eventual alliance with a lonely equine Lakota.Only, with a twist. This spaghetti westerns story isn't only about robbing banks or tying off loose ends with rivals, but solving the mystery behind a ever-spreading 'zombie' outbreak overtaking the land. The four find themselves amidst a growing controversy throughout the frontier, and soon realize the only way through it is to mend their crooked ways.

This is more-so for myself than anything, but any and all support & interest makes my heart bloom. With heavy inspiration taken from both 1950's & 90's animation, storytelling and movies, I hope to tell the story of Thomas; my uncannily spirited robot, and his long, macabre and thematically juxtaposing history navigating a world full of very real people.
